SOTO on West 28 is an upscale collection of stacked townhomes and affordable “lock-off” garden units located in Vancouver’s serene West Side Garden District. The project combines contemporary West Coast living with a calming Japanese aesthetic. The buildings feature a modern yet understated design that fosters a peaceful connection to the outdoors. Generous ground-level courtyards provide usable outdoor space while encouraging interaction among neighbours.

Rooftop, terraces offer stunning views of the city skyline and the North Shore Mountains, featuring custom metal privacy dividers, sculptural pines, and vibrant, mounded plantings of sedum and echinacea. The private gardens are simple in their planting design, with lush green foliage from ferns and maple trees that contrast beautifully against the architecture’s charcoal façades.
